The Advisor Group is one of the largest broker-dealers in the country. When they decided to have their annual meeting live in Las Vegas, there were still apprehension because of the the Covid pandemic. They decided to go forward with a hybrid event, and Directions was there to help them put all the elements together. From staging and production to virtual streaming and all the logistics to accomplish both experiences.

The results? 4,000 live attendees and just over 3,000 virtual.The show included special effects, projection mapping and wide screen video production. Special guests were #1 New York Times bestselling author Ben Nemtin and Tennis Legend Andre Agassi.

We were able to give both the live and virtual audiences access to the show’s rich content, educational sessions and networking opportunities.
